    Reviews:

    • Easy access off the highway. Lots of parking available. They follow health and safety covid measures by taking temperature twice and have sanitizer in the public places of the hotel. They also require you to wear gloves provided to you when dining at the breakfast buffet. Even though there was a language barrier between us and the staff, they were very helpful with our questions and requests. The facilities were clean. We booked a twin non smoking room and it was a good amount of space to accommodate our 2 carryon luggage, 2 bookbags, and portable cooler. We liked that we were able to request 2 masseuses and they come and do massage services for 3800 for 40 minutes. It felt good to relax with a massage after a long day of driving. There is a 711 across the street as well. The breakfast buffet was good, typical japanese breakfast with fish, eggs, rice etc.
    • Only a one night stay for the rugby at Ecopa. Very clean and comfortable, larger room than most for Japan. 15 minute taxi from Kakegawa station.
    • Very good and friendly staff, comfortable room and an excellent breakfast provided.
    • Amazing location overlooking the main river and within eyeshot of the destroyed Hiroshima observatory and Peace Park. Very nice helpful staff who had no problem with me staying in the lobby long after checkout to do some work. Also, theyve got a couple of nice looking restaurants on the 15th floor from which the views are magnificent… though I didnt try the food.
    • Pas mal pour voyage professionnel, bien situ prs de lautoroute, confort minimum garanti et bonne mesure anticovid dans les routein

    • The host was very accomodating. He picked us up from the train station, recommended good restaurants and even drove us to one. He even took us to an ATM when we asked. While we ate, he delivered our baggage to our room and picked us up afterwards. Amazing hospitality! Our room Deluxe family room was huge! It even has a disabled irori. It was clean, with a private bathroom and separated from the main building, so there were no privacy or noise issues whatsoever. We liked the yukata very much. The house is very pretty as well. Its a former Ryokan with a nice garden and a gate, sorrounded by rice paddies. The next day he drove us back to the train station. Ill definitely consider coming back again!

    • The resort itself was very spacious and comfortable. The added use of the spa was wonderful and the in house bath an added value. The breakfast and dinners were excellent and at all times the staff were attentive and welling to help non speaking Japanese guests. The bus shuttle to and from the main train station was also a great service every 30 minutes.Overall the resort was value for money for a short stay.
    • A big hotel with sprawling grounds and all kinds of sports and conference facilities. Slightly tired. But big, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was poor! They charged for parking and for early check in even when rooms are ready! Suited our need for a one night stop when following rugby.
    • A huge resort great for families or active people … there is tennis, a water park, gocarts, golf, archery, indoor pool, etc. Outdoor baths in hot spring facility are amazing. Tasty buffet breakfast. Rooms are large.
    • The place is huge. They have big rooms. The hotel has some updates recently. Its a very nice place. Nice place for a getaway. The food was also very good.
    • Its like something out of the 80s, but would be great for a family with kids. Good service with shuttle bus back into town and there are heaps of facilities to keep the family entertained

    • Great location near Kakegawa castle, and also walking distance from the station. Indoor and outdoor bath!
    • The location was excellent. We could walk to restaurants and sightseeing spots. The hotel was very clean. Room was well laidout. Staff was helpful to ensure we were in adjacent rooms as we were traveling with children.
    • The onsen is very good. The hotel rooms are clean and everything looks new. Checkin was quick and parking is in walking distance. Speaking Japanese makes everything easier.
    • Its walking distance to the station and local restaurants. Theres an amazing hot bath on the roof that gives you a gorgeous view of the city and the castle at night. Theres free laundry washing, you only pay for drying. They allow you to lock your laundry if youd like. They have what I call the Onsen milk in a vending machine outside the hot baths. Theres also a nice little lounge you can wait for your laundry in with manga and a TV. Very large rooms for Japan with all the amenities you need. On the first floor theres a business lounge with computers and a printer if you need that. Everything was very clean. Great staff. The breakfast bar was delicious. They also give you a late night ramen snack for free.
    • Staff was incredibly accommodating. They were friendly and patient with a smile on their faces. The room was comfortable and quiet, which made our stay relaxing. I also enjoyed the simple yet wellappointed onsen. I felt so pampered after experiencing the Dormy Inn Express Kakegawa! Thank you!!
